FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    WHEN IS THE ARTWORK PRINTED?

    Printed and framed
    We produce the prints you ordered after you have placed your order to make sure that you receive the prints as fresh as possible and brand new.

    Fine Art Laboratories
    We use multiple art laboratories in the UK and the EU available to produce the artwork. Our collaborating professional printing partner produces the most high quality prints also to well known museums and galleries worldwide.

    Production Time

    Your artwork will be produced and shipped within 7 working days from the day you made the order.

    However, more complex products such as the limited edition framed prints are tailor made and can occasionally take up to 7 days to 4 weeks to make.

    How can I ensure my piece is authentic?

    When you order a piece, a signed Certificate of Authenticity is shipped directly which ensures the piece has been made to meet fine art specifications. Certificates of Authenticity are signed, editioned, and shipped separately to guarantee the highest standards of quality control.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Framed prints take an estimate 5-7 business days to arrive. We use local postal services and couriers for all our deliveries. Please get in touch before placing your order if you have specific requirements.

    We work with a network of professional printers and framers, who have facilities in the EU, UK, so your order will be produced and shipped from the closest lab.

    TRACKING MY ORDER?

    All of our orders are tracked. The tracking code will be sent to you via email as soon as your package has shipped! You will be able to track the process of your order directly through the postal couriers own tracking portal/service.

    DELIVERY COURIER PROBLEMS

    Please just be in touch with us and we will take care of this for you. We are here to make sure that you will receive the package. We will either solve the problem directly with the postal courier or in case they refuse to co-operate, we will ship you a completely new package/order.

    DAMAGED ORDERS

    Our framed prints are carefully packaged in secure cardboard boxes. If your order has arrived damaged in transit, please contact us along with photographs of the damaged areas. We understand that there are times when packages are mishandled during shipping. If you do receive a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    If your order has not been shipped yet, we are able to assist you with the cancellation. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us.

    We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. All print on demand products are tailor made, custom-made and bespoke to the end-consumers individual specifications and no order would exist unless a personalized commission was provided.

    This means you may cancel your order at any stage, provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you as a customer. To do this you must notify us in writing by sending an email.

    CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK

    We strive to produce high-quality photographs but be aware that their appearance can change over time. To preserve your photograph, please hang it in a place not exposed to direct sunlight or intense light sources, like fireplaces and heating appliances.

    Hang it away from working fireplaces or heating appliances and from intake or outtake vents. Please keep them always on interior walls which do not reach the same temperature extremes or bear as much moisture as exterior walls, out of bathrooms, attics, basements, or any other areas prone to environmental extremes.

    Your mounted image should be handled gently and infrequently. Wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and dirt and should therefore only be handled with gloves or equivalent protection.

    All of Tru Vue glass products are clean and ready to use. If spot cleaning is needed use the following techniques:

    - Place the glass on a clean, non-abrasive surface for cleaning.

    - Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to clean the glass. Tru Vue recommends using a micro-fiber cloth.

    - Spray a small amount of ammonia-free cleaner onto the cloth. Spraying on the cloth will prevent overspray.

    - Press the cloth against the glass and clean in round, circular motions.
